Appearance is the first impression, make it good.  Remember you are representing the company.  Your appearance should not be a statement that leaves question.  Be prepared, helpful and add value to your pears and the ones we serve.

Do unto others as you would want them to do unto you.  Strive to provide the best, be consistent, and be a strong link in the chain by demonstrating what you would expect from your pears.  And always provide a happy face and helping hand to customer, so that they will want to share the positive experience.
