Creating an account

1. Select Log In
2. Then create your account by filling in required information.
3. Click "Enter" after you have entered your information.

Does it cost anything to register for an account?

No.

How do I find my image number?

Locate the photo number at the bottom of your print. Enter the photo number in the white window and click search. You can quickly view your image larger by placing your curser over the magnifying glass icon.

Can’t find my image

If you can’t find your image, it could be because your photos either have not yet been uploaded into the online site, or they may no longer be available. If you had photos taken within the past few hours, check back tomorrow. If it has been more than 30 days since your photos were taken and/or more than 30 days since you initially claimed your photos online, they may no longer be available in the system. Please see our storage policy for further details. If it was taken within the past 30 days please send email to info@jowdy.com. Please include your name, date and approximate time taken, number of people in photo with some description. We will search for the photos you had taken. Please allow up to 3 days before contacting us and provide as many details as you can about the missing photos. The more information you provide, the more successful we will be at finding your photos. We take many photos every day so we cannot guarantee that your photos will be recovered.

Storage Policy

Photos linked to a Claim ID will be available online by the morning after the photos were taken. Customers must claim photos within 30 days from when the photos were taken. Photos not claimed within 30 days from which they were taken will no longer be available. Once photos are claimed and associated with an account, they will be available for viewing, sharing and purchasing for 30 days from the date of claiming, after which the photos will be permanently deleted from your account. You will receive a notification email prior to the removal of the images. Please ensure that your email address is valid and that if you use a Spam filter, that you check your Spam folder for this message. We reserve the right to not upload photos that contain content that might be deemed to be offensive.
Registration Information
When you register, we ask for your name, email address and a password you create. This allows us to make sure that only you or your invited friends and family have access to your online photos. We may also use this information to contact you when necessary. For more details, please see the Privacy Policy.

Place an order

Buying prints of your photos is easy:
1. Below your thumbnail, select the shopping cart icon
2. To the right of the image select the item you’d like to order.
3. Below the item select the quantity you’d like to order, then select “Add To Cart”
4. Repeat the process to order additional items.
5. If you select an item you don’t want, select the dropdown arrow to the left of the item to remove.
6. If you want to remove an item from your shopping cart, select the x to the right of the quantity.
7. If you are ready to order, select ‘Checkout’. Follow steps to complete your order

The product ordered is produced from a higher resolution image then what is displayed online.
At check out, you will be asked to provide your shipping information and your billing information including credit card information. After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.
If you decide you want to change something after you've added it to your shopping cart, but before you check out, there is no problem. Simply click the link below the product thumbnail in your shopping cart to edit and you'll be able to make any changes you want.

Once you've completed your order, our automated manufacturing process immediately sets your product for printing. Because we strive to deliver all our customers their finished quality product as quickly as possible, we are unable to accept changes to an order after an order has been placed.

Will the pictures I select stay in my shopping cart?

Yes. Your pictures will stay in your shopping cart until you either place the order or delete them yourself.

Why do I have to register to add images to my shopping cart?

By registering an account, you are able to keep items in your shopping cart for a long period of time. Additionally, you will be able to view your orders and private galleries (if available) by having an account.

Photo Gallery is a collection of high quality photos taken of various views and sites from Dallas Zoo. These photos can be viewed and purchased by customers who have created an account.

Our service delivers high quality photographic prints. Your prints are printed from high resolution images. Note that the images you see online may vary in resolution and brightness due to variations in computer monitors and settings on your computer. We print your photos on high quality photographic paper.

Forgot Password

If you forgot your password, select “Remind Me” below Log In. Enter your email address in the white window and select “Remind Me”. An email will be sent to the email address with a temporary password. For security reasons we do not send customer passwords through email. Instead we have generated a secure, temporary password for you to use. Once you have logged in you can change your password.

Edit Account Profile

To edit your account data, such as email address and password, you will need to sign-in. Once you are signed in, select My Account. Follow the steps to edit your profile. To save these updates, click on ’Save”.

Products and Prices

A variety of prints and photo products are available for purchase. For a complete listing of products, select the shopping cart icon below your image. Final pricing will vary depending on shipping.

Shipping

We offer three levels of shipping.

For Standard or International Shipping, your order will be delivered by First Class Mail or Air Mail with an expected delivery time of 3 - 7 days, maximum of 14 business days (Business Days are considered Monday - Friday) from the time the order is shipped.

For Express Shipping, your order will be delivered by FedEx with an expected delivery time of 2 Business days, after the order is completed.
We may ship a portion of your order first to serve you more quickly. The rest of your order will follow as soon as the remaining items become available.

Note: Addresses with PO Boxes in the US require the selection of Standard Shipping.

Shipping Information

Photo products ship separately from print orders and require more time to produce.
For Standard US Shipping, your order will be delivered by First Class or Priority Mail with an expected delivery time of 3-7 days, maximum of 14 business days from the time the order is shipped. Note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped at different times.

For Express Shipping, you will receive the order in 1-2 business days - with an expected delivery time of an additional 1-2 days depending on where you are located and the time the order is shipped. We are not responsible for express delivery delays due to weather.

For International Shipping, your order will be delivered by First Class Mail or Airmail with an expected delivery time of 7-14 days, maximum of 21 business days from the time the order is shipped. Note that orders containing multiple items may be shipped at different times. NOTE: International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes or other customs fees upon delivery. The recipient is responsible for paying any such fees. All international shipments include customs forms that list the value of the order’s contents.

Military Bases and U.S. Protectorates

If your order is being shipped to APO, FPO or other armed services addresses, Guam, American Samoa, or other U.S. Protectorates, please choose Standard Shipping. We do not currently offer Express Shipping to Military Base or U.S. Protectorate addresses. Standard Shipping will be used.

Please note that packages over 16 ounces sent to military addresses may take longer to deliver due to USPS restrictions.

Payment Types

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for payment. Debit cards that carry the Visa or MasterCard logo and do not require a PIN number are also accepted.

If you do not have a credit card, we suggest visiting Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover websites for information on how to purchase a Gift Card at a financial institution in your area. A prepaid card could be used like a debit card to make a purchase at the website.

Order Placement and Billing

Credit Cards are billed immediately upon submission of order.

Promotions

Promotions are occasionally offered through select marketing programs. If you have a coupon code, see the offer description you received with the code for more information on the specific promotion.
A coupon code can be entered at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. Only one promotion code can be used per order. A promotion code must be entered prior to submitting the order to be applied. Promotion codes cannot be applied once an order is submitted. We are not responsible for lost or missing promotion codes. Promotions and special offers are only valid for purchases made on the online site and are not applicable for purchases made at any of our merchandise location.

Secure Online Transactions

When you place an online order, we use a secure server. When your browser communicates with a secure server, all information is encrypted, keeping it private. To use this server, your Web browser must support Secure Socket Layers (SSL).

Return policy

You may return some items purchased at Jowdy Photography within 7 days of the original delivery. We will accept returns for damaged or incorrect fulfillment as a result of our error. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

The following items may not be returned:

If the correct item was shipped undamaged.

Photo download purchases are not refundable.

Note: reprint requests can only be accepted for the same image and product as the original order.
